  • Do you ship to my city and location?
    We currently deliver to all the cities across Pakistan

  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    It depends on the type of the order and the product. Est delivery time is mentioned on the checkout screen.Once an order is placed, we send out the estimated delivery timelines in the order confirmation email. You can subsequently track you order here.

  • How do I track my order status?
    Just use the Track Order link on the top right of the website! You will need to provide your

    1. Order Number

    2. the Phone Number you used to place the order.

    You can see the following details for each order:

    1. the order number

    2. the tentative delivery date and current tracking status of each product belonging to this order.

    Here’s a quick explanation of what each of the tracking statuses mean:

    1. Placed – This means that the order has been placed and confirmed (for pay on delivery orders)

    2. Quality Check – This means that the product(s) are through our Quality Check process, and will be dispatched soon.

    3. Dispatched – This means that the product(s) have been dispatched from our fulfilment centre and are en-route to a delivery centre in your city.

  • What warranty does Kashang have for its products?
    The warranty we offer differs from product to product, based on the materials used. Please refer the Warranty tab on individual product pages for warranty details.

  • Is there a first time customer discount?We’d love for you to try us out, see what we have to offer, order from us, experience the joy of seeing a beautifully crafted product at your home before we give you a discount to buy something from us. So, we don’t have a first time customer discount. At Kashang, we stand by our products and our service and are proud of the value we provide to a customer.

  • I want to customise one of your products, can I do that?Interesting! We’d love to hear from you to see how our products can improve. We’d love to customise products per your specifications. You can also look for alternatives that exist in our catalogue. You can submit your customisation request here

  • Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?There are no delivery charges for Lahore only as of now. Go ahead and fearlessly order away.

  • How can I place a bulk order?If you wish to place an order of large quantities, or if you wish to order for your business/home/guest house etc, do write in at hello@kashang.pk or fill this form here

    We currently are unable to customise products per your specifications but we can suggest alternatives that exist in our catalogue depending on your request.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    For any cancellation requests, you may write to us at hello@kashang.pk. You can cancel your order for any product (except Made-to-Order products) before delivery(as applicable).

    In case of cancellation of any Made To Order product (“MTO”) within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged 25% of the order value as a restocking fee.

    Post-delivery/installation (as applicable), you will be charged 100% of the order value for cancellation.

  • When will I get the refund?

    In light of present scenario, all cancellations, returns & refunds shall be taken up on a case to case basis.

  • Can I return/cancel an item if I don’t like it?
    Sorry! We can’t take cancellations or returns of any of our products. 

  • What if there is a defect in the product on delivery? Will I get the replacement in the same price, or will I have to pay full price?
    Absolutely! If there is a defect in the product on delivery, we take full responsibility. We will send out a replacement for you. No additional charges too. Unless you choose a different product (whose price is higher than the previous one), we will request you to pay the difference in price. But if the price is lower, we won’t be able to do a cash back or refund of the difference.

  • Do these prices include delivery also?Our delivery and installation services come free for Lahore ONLY! No additional charges for the customers in Lahore. Delivery charges apply for other cities.

  • Do these prices include GST also?Yes, our prices are inclusive of all taxes, including GST.

  • I have a coupon code. Can I use it?
    Yes, Redemption of coupon code is possible.

  • Are there any additional offers apart from the discount?
    Sorry, No additional offers apart from the discount.

  • Where can I see the Terms and conditions associated with the sale?

  • Are you selling Seconds or liquidating all the products?
    Not at all! These are brand new products. None of the products you will receive are part of the Seconds list. Don’t worry!

  • How to create ‘My Account’ on kashang.pk

You can set up your kashang.pk account in two easy ways – either from our Sign Up page or with your Facebook profile.

To set up your account using our Sign Up page, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click ‘Sign Up’ at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your name and email address in the box that pops up.
  3. Create a password.
  4. Click ‘Sign Up’.

To set up your account with your Facebook profile, follow these steps:

  1. Click ‘Sign In’ at the top of the page.
  2. Click ‘Sign In’ with Facebook.
  3. Click ‘OK’ on the permissions dialog box that appears on your Facebook page.

Kashang will use your Facebook details to create your Kashang.pk account.

  • I have signed up with kashang.pk but cannot login with password. Why?
    This could be in case of forgotten password – go to My Account page and click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted with a window, enter your registered email address. A link to reset your password will automatically be sent to you.

  • Can I buy from kashang.pk without creating an account?
    Yes, you can purchase using either Facebook login or through guest login. However, if you create an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us the next time using your login id (your email address) and password. We can share exciting offers with you too. All your personal information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

  • How do I change my personal info?
    You can change your personal info from My Account page by logging in and click on modify your account details and you are good to go

  • Do you ship to my city and location?

  • What if I like a product and want to bookmark it?
    You can wishlist it! Create your own wishlist by clicking on the ‘heart’ symbol next to every product. If you’re logged into your account (we highly recommend!), your wishlist automatically gets recorded and you can access it anytime.
  • Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
    All of the prices are inclusive of taxes. There is no hidden charges
  • What if I receive a damaged product?In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please write to us at hello@kashang.pk

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.

  • What are the payment options which Kashang provides me?
    At Kashang you can shop with any of the following options
  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards.
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • 50% Cash on delivery
  1. What should I do if a transaction fails?Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:

    1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)

    2. Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process

    If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days. Please direct all questions and further clarifications regarding the above statement to hello@kashang.pk

  2. Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?
    The Kashang team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.

  3. What other things should I keep in mind during an online transaction?

    1. During the payment process using internet banking you may be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the Kashang website with your order details which you can keep a copy of.

    2. Never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.

  4. Does Kashang store my card or account information?

    Kashang does not collect or store your account information at all.

    Your transaction is authorised at multiple points, first by your band and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us. However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.

  5. Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking?

    Absolutely. Shopping with Kashang is completely safe.

  6. What should I keep handy for my online transaction?

    1. For Credit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date.

    2. For Debit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorisation. So keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.

    3. For Net Banking you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

  7. Do you offer Payment on Delivery options (Cash / Card)?

    Yes, We do offer COD as a payment option however customers need to pay at least 50% upfront to process to order.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    Some products may still be in the manufacturing stage, due to which delivery dates are beyond the usual 15 days. Some products like sofas that are made to order take time to be delivered. Est delivery time differs from order to order. Once an order is placed, we send out the estimated delivery timelines in the order confirmation email. You can subsequently track you order here.

  •  I want my product early, can you help?
    We usually do deliver products much earlier than the date shown on the site. However, if you have a specific request, we encourage you to reach out to us via email/phone.

  •  Can I take my delivery later than the date specified?Yes, of course! You just need to let us know in advance so we can store it safely for you. The earlier we know, the better it is. In such cases, you would need to make the payment for the order in advance.

  •  My item has already reached my city, what happens next?
    Once your order has reached the local delivery centre of your city, you will receive a call from our delivery planning team to schedule your delivery.
    In case you’ve ordered a set product (more than one product to form a set), our team will try to deliver them together, instead of delivering them one by one. Please be patient with us. For instance, this process applies to our Dining Set orders, our Bedroom Set orders. We highly recommend getting all of them in one shot. Saves time, energy and helps you visualise the whole look at the same time 🙂

  •  How can I change my phone number or my shipping address?
    Sorry, once the order is placed there will be no option to amend your shipping address, due to regulatory issues. Invoicing of order happens the moment the product reaches the ‘Dispatched’ status. You can change your phone number on your account by clicking on ‘Profile’ under ‘My Account’ and edit the information. You can’t change your email address on the account.

    Do reach out to us in case you want to change your email address on all our records.

  •  I am relocating, can you help me with that?
    Congratulations on the move! Hope it works out smoothly for you. At this point, we are unable to help you with relocating your furniture for you. .

  •  What should I expect during the delivery process?Just no tension 🙂 Our delivery planning team will call you ahead of time (usually 24 business hours in advance) to fix a schedule with you. Then, on the day of delivery, our delivery team will visit you at the appointed time to deliver your product. Within 48 hours, your product will be installed/assembled as required. Our only request would be that you take a look at the product yourself on delivery (even if it is pre-paid for) so you can take a decision on the spot about keeping the product. We will not be able to take a cancellation of the order/product once we complete the delivery process successfully.

    When our team asks you for feedback, please do give us honest feedback. That goes a long way in helping us improve our service quality.
